We specialise in non-pareils, which translates to "has no equal". They are the smallest of the capers and are considered the best of the best. It takes up to 4 hours to hand harvest just 1kg! These capers are not like store bought capers and we only use the best South Australian sea salt.
Chefs describe them as being the best in Australia, some say world-wide.
Our caper leaves and caperberries are also highly prized products.
Of course, quality is our primary focus, becoming not only a South Australian state winner but also a gold medallist in the delicious Harvey Norman 2021 Produce Awards for our non-pareil capers.
